CANCELLATIONS/LATE ARRIVALS

We require 48 HOURS notice of cancellation. No Exceptions.
Same day cancellation fee: $25
The Cancellation fee will be applied when you schedule your next appointment

If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late please contact the salon via phone call to inform us of your delay. To ensure timely service to each of our clients, we may need to abbreviate or reschedule your appointment if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

NEW CLIENTS

• A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book all New Appointments

• A Consultation is REQUIRED for first time clients. Consultations are held on Tuesday’s only.

Even if your hair has been well maintained by a previous stylist, it is our policy to spend our first session familiarizing ourselves with your hair in order to determine our best method of service in the future. If this will be your FIRST TIME visiting us, you MUST have a 30 minute consultation first

PAYMENTS

The $25 deposit can be paid with Cash or Cash App. The deposit payment is due on or prior to your consultation appointment. We accept payment in the form of cash for all Salon Services. CHECKS/NO CREDIT CARDS

Deposits are non-refundable.
